Free page checks
When you run a free check, we load the address you submit, run the check and send the results back to your browser. We do not save the results or keep a list of the addresses you check.
Paid site inventories
To deliver a paid report, we store the website address, the pages and documents we found, the results of each check, and the email address you give at checkout. Anyone with your private report link can view the report, so share it only with people who should see it. Email hello@accessclerk.com to have a report and its data deleted.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. Stripe's privacy policy covers the information it collects.
Technical data
Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use your IP address only to limit how many free checks can be run at once. Error logs may record the domain name of a page that failed to load, so we can fix problems; they are kept for a short time.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information.
